Marc’s Annual Rib Cook-Off
The 22nd Annual
Jacob’s Pavillion @ Nautica
Cleveland, Ohio
May 24-27, 2013

In 1992 Cleveland held their first Rib-Off. Now in its 22nd season, the Rib-Off has now been located at Jacob’s Pavillion @ Nautica for the past two years. Prior to that it was held at the Time Warner Cable Amphitheater at Tower City (formerly Tower City Amphitheater). Originally known as The Great American Rib Cook-off, Marc’s later became the main sponsor which it is now known as. The event also serves as the unofficial kickoff of summer to Clevelanders.

The festival also hosts a different music act each night and this year is no exception. Poison front-man Bret Michaels and his solo band closed out the festivities just as he had in 2009. Friday night The Mega 80’s headlined, Saturday Rick Springfield had the honors. Sunday was headlined by bluesmaster Buddy Guy. Those that went surely had nothing but a good time.
