W/ Night Ranger
Tuesday June 4, 2019
6:30 PM
Artpark Outdoor Amphitheater
Lewiston, NY
Artpark has one of the area’s best weekly concert series with its Tuesday In The Park Series. They have always done a great job providing some fantastic lineups and they are going all out with this season’s opener. Sammy Hagar is bringing his Full Circle Jam Tour which includes his longtime guitarist Vic Johnson, former Van Halen bandmate and bassist Michael Anthony and drummer Jason Bonham. As an added bonus Night Ranger will be opening the affair.
Hagar and his band are no strangers to Artpark, having played here in 2014. The band has just released their debut full-length album called Space Between on May 10. Strong sales helped land the album at number 4 on the Billboard charts. Expect to hear a good portion of Space Between along with such Hagar solo gems like “There’s Only One Way To Rock” and “Eagles Fly”. For the Van Halen fans in attendance don’t worry as Uncle Sammy will be taking care of you with a fair amount of his hits from that segment of his career as well.
Night Ranger is vocalist/bassist Jack Blades, vocalist/drummer Kelly Keagy, guitarists Brad Gillis and Keri Kelli as well as keyboardist Eric Levy. The Bay area band are known for such hits as “Don’t Tell Me You Love Me”, “Sister Christian” and “(You Can Still) Rock In America”. If you are real good Blades may even slip in a Damn Yankees tune.
Gates open at 5. Show starts 6:30
All we can say is if you miss this one you will be sorry.
